She has a strong background in business: she completed a 5 years university degree in Business Studies in Madrid and has got ten years corporate experience working with the international oil company BP. There she held different roles: five years as an international sales account manager in Madrid; then moved to London and worked in Oil Operations in BP’s challenging trading floor and in Training and Communications for a pan-European change management project. All these experiences make Pilar very aware of her client’s day to day business challenges and underpin her very practical approach to coaching and training.

She is bilingual, having lived in the UK for over seven years, and she is fluent in Italian as well. It is her experience working in different countries with different countries that prompted her expertise and sensitivity towards diversity and inclusion in the workplace. That is reflected in her global and holistic approach to organisations as well.

She qualified as an advance executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in London, February 2009 and has now completed a master in Organisational Coaching in Barcelona (EADA Business School) that rounds her consultant profile.
