HOW I SEE COACHING

-  The executive coach is a professional listener and an expert in facilitating an effective inner dialogue in the individual. The coach will support the executive to define and reach his/her objectives in a win/win way for both the company and the person.



-  The coaching process consists of a series of "one to one" meetings with the client (“coachee”) where the coach's questions will focus the analysis, exploration and action plan towards these two main dimensions in coaching: 



         ·  SELF-AWARENESS: "How does the actual circumstance I am living in now look and what is the effect of what I do, or avoid doing?"

         ·  ACCOUNTABILITY:  “How can I choose to change my behaviour, attitude and/or mindset so that I can generate an improved positive result?”
