Both as a coach and as a trainer, my clients are project managers, team leaders, middle management and senior executives in large international organisations like Airbus, Gas Natural, and Altadis.

     As a coach, my work is to challenge and support the individual to develop new personal, professional or leadership skills and capabilities. Especially when confronted by new challenges brought by a change in the status quo, individuals may realise that the set of skills that successfully helped them to reach that point in their career are not necessarily the ones that will keep them succeeding in a different arena, in the future. (For example: promotion from a managerial technical role into a wider strategic leadership one).
